Zay9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules are as follows:

• No changes can be made to a Sports Betting wager once the bet has been placed and closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zay9 and will result in immediate account closure:

Zay9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• After an extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.
